Chakra Blend – Root

Description

The Root chakra blend will ground and bring feelings of stability. It is made with Essential Oils of :

vetiver, frankincense, myrrh, grapefruit, palo santo, Australian sandalwood, tea tree and carrot seed

• Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides)

This grounding oil gives stability and anchor. It will help to concentrate the mind and overcome intellectual fatigue

• Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)

The frankincense essential oil has a high potential emotionally and energetically. As a result, it is ideal for meditation purposes.

• Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)

Its warm aroma is largely used in meditation for its relaxing effect. It helps to create an uplifting atmosphere and stabilises distracted mind

• Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi)

It promotes positive energy and helps balance the overstimulated nervous system thanks to its zesty aromatic profile

• Palo santo (Bursera graveolens)

This is an oil used in shamanic rituals because it is valuable for meditation and enhancing concentration

• Australian sandalwood (Santalum spicatum)

Its fragrance centres the heart, helping you find balance and harmony within

• Tea tree (Maleuca alternifolia)

This energising essential oil will work to lift the spirit

• Carrot seed (Daucus carota)

Carrot seed is grounding and soothes the mind

Storage of the chakra blend – root:

Keep it in the original bottle, away from air and light, at a temperature below 25C

How to use it?

Diffusion

Inhalation: in a personal inhaler, or also on a tissue

Dermal application: dilution at 2 to 3% and then apply the dilution on the root chakra by massaging in a clockwise direction

In all cases, deeply inhale to help strengthen your purpose and connect to the spirit
