PRACTICE

External use only

DEPRESSION: add 1 drop EO in 4 drops of VO. Then, apply 2 drops of this mixture on the thorax + 1 drop on the inside of each wrist 2 to 3 times a day

MEDITATION: A few drops to be diffused by spans of 30 minutes maximum

RELAXING MASSAGE: Mix in 50 ml VO: 8 drops of frankincense EO + 7 drops ylang-ylang EO + 5 drops orange EO. Then, massage the back in the evening after bathing

SKIN BEAUTY: Add 3 drops of frankincense EO and 3 drops of geranium EO to your day cream (50ml)
