PRACTICE

External use only

• Skin

Acne or greasy skin: add 1 or 2 drops of patchouli EO in your skincare dose, or apply directly on the areas concerned
Dandruff, greasy hair, hair loss: add 1 or 2 drops EO in a small amount of shampoo and then use it as usual

Insect bites: apply a few drops EO to reduce itching and the risk of infection

• Circulation

The sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpenols of the Patchouli EO give tone to the whole body. As a result, you can use them for:

Heavy legs and varicose veins: make a mixture at 50 % (for example, add 2 drops of EO in 2 drops VO), then massage on the legs from bottom to top, 3 times a day.

Haemorrhoids: add 1 drop EO in 10 drops VO and then apply on both external and internal painful haemorrhoids;

Detox: apply 1-2 drops under the soles of the feet daily in combination with other detoxifying oils.
