PRACTICE

External use only

Bronchitis ENT Infectious problems loose cough (do not use for a dry cough): Mix 3 drops EO eucalyptus globulus + 3 drops ravintsara in 1 teaspoon VO. Then massage along the spine, the upper part of the back and the soles of the feet.

Flu, Sinusitis Rhinopharyngitis: add 1 drop in 5 drops VO. Then massage along the spine and soles of the feet

Fatigue Viral or bacterial infection: Inhalation, olfaction or diffusion 4 to 6 times a day

CAUTION

• Not advised during the first 3 months of pregnancy and in children less than 10 years

• Diffusion in small doses, rather in association with another essential oil. This oil is drying and can cause cough and irritation of the eyes

• Avoid oral usage.
• Favour the use of Eucalyptus radiata
