The Throat chakra blend will enhance mental clarity, empowering individuals to overcome fear and communicate with confidence. It is made with Essential Oils of :

ho wood, eucalyptus globulus, cypress, rosemary, peppermint, champaca, blue tansy and chamomile

• Ho wood (Cinnamomum camphora)

The high level of linalool makes this oil highly calming and promotes inner peace and relaxation

• Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus globulus)

This eucalyptus essential oil supports mental focus and soothes exhaustion. It also alleviates negative thought patterns, fostering clarity and boosting vitality

• Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens)

It is a gently stimulating and uplifting oil.

• Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis)

This oil stimulates mental clarity, energises the mind, and uplifts the spirit. It also clears negativity, inspires a positive outlook, and fortifies the mind

• Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

The peppermint essential oil is refreshing, soothing and enlightening. As a result, it is mental stimulating and improves concentration.

• Champaca (Magnolia champaca)

The beautiful fragrance of this absolute is soothing, relaxing and calming. It can be the oil to relax and strengthen the mind after a stressful day

• Blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum)

This oil facilitates balance and tranquillity for the mind, body, and spirit. Soothes an overactive mind and supports relaxation

• Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)

Thanks to its calming constituents, Roman chamomile is a great calming oil that helps to soothe the body’s systems.

How to use it?

Diffusion

Inhalation: in a personal inhaler, or also on a tissue

Dermal application: dilution at 2 to 3% and then apply the dilution on the throat chakra by massaging in a clockwise direction

In all cases, deeply inhale to help strengthen your purpose and connect to the spirit
