PRACTICE
- Blood circulation problems: in massages diluted in a VO
- Clear the respiratory tract: massage the back with EO diluted in VO
- For people active in sport, as prevention before or after the effort
- For bruises and sprains, in local application, without massage or rubbing
- Fatigue: 1 or 2 drops camphor oil diluted in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the palm of your hand, then massage along the spine
2 drops on a handkerchief to breathe to calm down and clear the airway, relieve migraines
