PRACTICE

For a relaxing and harmonising atmosphere: diffusion

Massage: 2 drops of essential oil in 10ml of vegetable oil, massaged into the solar plexus to combat stress.

For external cuts, scrapes and minor wounds: dilute one or two drops of your davana oil with a carrier oil, then apply it to the affected area. This will help to clean the wound and prevent infection from spreading. But do not apply this oil to an open wound.

CAUTION

Keep it in the original bottle, away from air and light, at a temperature below 25C
