The <\/span>50 <\/span>m-tall <\/span>magnolia <\/span>champaca <\/span>is <\/span>a <\/span>sizable <\/span>evergreen <\/span>tree.<\/span><\/span> Its <\/span>trunk <\/span>has <\/span>a <\/span>maximum <\/span>diameter <\/span>of <\/span>1.9 <\/span>meters.<\/span><\/span> The <\/span>tree’s <\/span>crown <\/span>is <\/span>shaped <\/span>like <\/span>a <\/span>narrow <\/span>umbelli.<\/span><\/span> Flowers <\/span>range <\/span>in <\/span>colour <\/span>from <\/span>cream <\/span>to <\/span>yellow-orange <\/span>and <\/span>have <\/span>a <\/span>strong <\/span>fragrance. They are visible f<\/span><\/span>rom <\/span>June <\/span>to <\/span>September<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Between <\/span>September <\/span>and <\/span>October, <\/span>the <\/span>carpels <\/span>produce <\/span>two <\/span>to <\/span>four <\/span>seeds.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
