This condition causes a tightening of the air passage in the nose and the mucous cannot drain correctly. If the nose is blocked for a period of time, the inflammation will worsen and can turn into a head cold or sinusitis. Repeat this 3 to 5 times a day before breathing in essential oils. (*Recipe to make yourself: Boil 50 ml filtered water to which you have added one level teaspoon of fine salt (about 5g). Let it cool before usage).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Do not overheat your home because the air needs to have enough humidity and\/or use a humidifier: the fact of breathing humid air will soothe irritated nasal tissue and soften the mucous. Taking a warm shower is also good. The vapor will act in the same way.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A warm wet towel wrung and pressed against your face can unblock your nose and lessen the pain<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A magic trick to unblock your nose: Push firmly at the level of your eyes with your thumb and index finger for 30 seconds. Your fingers need to be bent inwards.
