Using essential oil is still not frequent on babies because mums are always worried to start on their babies at such a young age. However, their beneficial properties associated with reflexology will work as well as it works on you if they are used with care.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

– For babies older than 3 months old, not all essential oils are to be used. Always make sure that the oil used and the way it is out on the skin is recommended by a specialist or doctor before it is applied.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

– Always make sure your baby is not allergic to essential oils. To do that, apply a little bit on his arm. After 24 hours, you can look if his skin is red or irritated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

– Never apply pure essential oils to the eyes, nose or ears.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
