PROPERTIES OF SEA BUCKTHORN OIL

• Regenerating: for dull and tired skin. It stimulates the skin’s repair mechanisms
• Healing, anti-inflammatory: thanks to its richness in omega-3 and sterols. Thus, it will soothe and repair your skin, whether in case of a burn, sunburn, radiation therapy or eczema.
• Soothing: for tanned skin, damaged by the sun and dry skin, prone to discomfort
• Self-tanning: prepares the skin for tanning and extends the duration of the tan.
• Anti-aging: because of its exceptional level of vitamin E and carotenoids, powerful antioxidants that fight against free radical damage. Suitable for mature, wrinkled, and tone loss skin. It will help you limit the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging.
• Nourishing, moisturising: its high content of omega-3 and omega-6 helps maintain skin elasticity and regenerate the hydrolipidic film. In face cream, it moisturizes, nourishes and protects all skin types.

PRACTICE

• For a day care for the face: concentration of sea buckthorn oil of 1 to 5% in your preparation.
• For protective care or localised body care (care of stretch marks…): a concentration of Sea Buckthorn oil of 10% maximum in your preparation
• Oil for damaged skin, chapping, burns
  Mix 30 ml of Calendula vegetable oil, 30 ml of Sea Buckthorn vegetable oil, 2 ml of Spike Lavender  essential oil, 30 drops of Geranium essential oil, 20 drops of Helichrysum essential oil and 8 drops of vitamin E. Usage: apply a few drops of the mixture to the stressed areas of your skin, 2 to 3 times a day. In case of cracking, also apply a cream or oil with Calendula and a protective cream.

• Burns
  Application Tip:
  in skin application, after cleansing, apply a few drops of pure oil to promote healing and soothe your skin. Additional possible essential oil(s) for more effectiveness: a few drops of Spike Lavender, Tea Tree or Geranium Rosat
