WHAT IS TEA TREE HYDROLATE?
Rare and exclusive, this Tea tree hydrosol has been distilled by hand in France, using 1 kilo of leaves and plant to obtain 1 litre of hydrosol.
This results in an extraction ratio of 1:1, guaranteeing a more intense scent, better conservation and, above all, a high concentration of active molecules in the hydrosol.
You may be surprised by the smell of this new quality of tea tree hydrolate, from France. In fact, its fragrance is milder than that of the usual tea tree hydrosol, with green, almost floral and fruity notes, and less of the fresh, powerful and slightly ‘earthy’ side of tea tree essential oil. If you don’t like the smell of our usual tea tree hydrosol, we think this one might appeal to you!
PROPERTIES OF TEA TREE HYDROLATE
- Anti-infectious: acts on all types of micro-organisms, including bacteria, viruses and microscopic fungi. The terpinen-4-ol gives it a broad spectrum. It is therefore recommended for its rebalancing properties for our oral, digestive and vaginal flora. It can be used to relieve a variety of infections: skin infections such as fungal infections, acne and wounds, oral infections such as gingivitis and mouth ulcers, respiratory infections such as bronchitis and even genital infections!
- Circulatory: stimulates lymphatic and venous circulation. It helps relieve circulation problems such as haemorrhoids, cellulite, phlebitis, varicose veins and venous and lymphatic stasis.
- Neurotonic, nerve stimulant: it can be useful during periods when you feel overwhelmed by work or a general lack of energy.
- Immunostimulant: thanks to its terpinene-4-ol composition.
- Expectorant: it has a gentle mucus-eliminating action for colds, bronchitis and other respiratory infections.
