I had booked for a tile clean and seal, I went out while they did the job but when they had cleaned the floor they phoned me to come back because the grout around a couple of large sections that I thought was super dirty they  explained was in fact a different colour grout. They declined to seal the floor as they said it would be a waste of money because I wouldn't be satisfied. They could have just gone ahead and completed the job they were booked for but didn't. I was invoiced just for the clean no extra, no penalty, I think that shows honesty and integrity throughout this company . They did a wonderful job including moving the heavy furniture around, this has lifted the whole look of the unit, kitchen, lounge hallways bathrooms look amazing. I just have to find a grout colourist now. If you are thinking of getting your tiles and grout cleaned you won't find a better company.
